1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any products, services, or websites provided by Lexi Global Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lexi Global provides software products and digital services including but not limited to: Sidewalk (AI Growth Manager), myKira (Smart Invoicing), Website CMS, eCommerce platforms, AI Accounting Solutions, and AI Business Solutions. Service availability and features may vary by plan and subscription.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your chosen plan.
• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• For annual plans, refund requests within the first 14 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Custom enterprise projects (AI Business Solutions) follow project-specific payment terms outlined in individual agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on our platform are the property of Lexi Global Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the services. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexi Global Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
